During first lock down, did struggle to find a place to stay, was working as a nurse with a different hospital.Stayed in this place for a couple of weeks, really struggle to rest or having any comfort at all.Specially the beds, every time you move the bed move aswell.After approaching the staff and explaining my problem.This gentleman who did not introduce himself and wearing causual clothes, possible the manager.Interrupted the conversation saying I was ungrateful and rude, as he was making the favor to be open for key workers. Well Sr I am still paying for it, is no favour.Terrible behaviour for a manager speaking with clients in such rude manner.Best western plus Oaklands hotel in yarmouth Road, know as the Best Wobble Beds Hotel.No thank you.

For the love of Jesus Christ, do NOT book at best western in East Ridge Tennessee.A skinny young stuck up black kid named Theo gets beat by his girlfriend and takes it out on the unsuspecting costumers!!!! Holiday oInn or La Quinta are next door. You'll thank me later. Some guy told me that he told him this.

Have stayed here a few times and have to say the hospitality they presented is amazing, very nice and kind staff are always there to help if any problems come up. The rooms are very nice and tidy and I have never had issues with the hotel.

Just received an email from Best Western encouraging bookings for the summer of 2021.....and stating in their terms and conditions that bookings for the period after April 1st 2021 are non-amendable and non-refundable ! Are they living on a different planet ? Scandalous and immoral.......

Was booked tomorrow for a hotel in an area that just moved from Tier 2 to Tier 3 from midnight thus hotels close for anything but essential. Phoned up reservations and cancellation process handled quickly and efficiently and refund promised within a few days

DO NOT IGNORE REVIEW. They allow their guests to smoke illegal drugs and perhaps even partake in it themselves from what I’ve witnessed. Their fire alarms do not really work as they have caught guests smoking in their rooms. If you value your life, I suggest you book elsewhere. If you are a smoker, that’s completely fine. However, adhering to health and safety regulations is imperative. They do not.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week in September 2020. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was larger than most that we have frequented. The staff were polite and very helpful, with particular thanks to the young lady (who hails from Madeira) who is a credit to your business. This hotel was not our first choice for this holiday, but will be our number 1 choice when we return to Jersey.Thank youIan and Margaret

New Holmwood, Cowes, Isle of Wight. Due to the stunning location, for the first time I recently booked tables for two small bubble groups, and prior to confirming my booking I had queries that were answered with professionalism and friendliness, which made it a pleasure to speak with the staff. The food was excellent. Not one person in our two groups had a complaint or even a mediocre comment; all comments were high praise indeed. All staff were professional, courteous and friendly, and nothing seemed too much trouble - they even gave a birthday card, which was very much unexpected but truly appreciated. Their hygiene standards and facilities regarding the C-19 virus appeared extremely high, which was very reassuring during these troubling times. Impressed? Absolutely Recommend? HighlyVisit again? Definitely

Best western at Folkestone Beautiful room. Can’t deny that. No toilet roll in bathroom. Told by reception we should come ask for it. Sex toy found in wardrobe in bedroom. Sign in same wardrobe saying to use robes and slippers...... but there wasn’t any present! When told reception of these issues...... there reply was that they would talk to house keeping!!!!!

I expected some changes to the norm whilst travelling during a pandemic but I didn't expect to have next to no water pressure making showering and even hand washing near impossible. They apologised for the water pressure issues saying it's an old building but there are cheap plumbing solutions and apologies don't cut it! Daily cleaning wasn't being done which I can accept but being told to wash our dirty coffee mugs ourselves in the bathroom basin was unbelievable! They did back down and give us clean cups. Add to that no clean towels or bedding in 5 days, no rubbish removal. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before because of covid (why) and we had to give an exact time we wanted it but then we were offered room services still needed an exact time. I was on holiday not living in a borstal! They did give a refund for the breakfasts we then cancelled but there was no discounts offered for the lack of services. I think this hotel used covid as an excuse for poor service as all the other restaurants in the area had plenty of staff in their kitchens. I wanted a hotel so I didn't have to do anything but we would have been better off in a self catering cottage rather than a cramped room with no services and no way to clean cups etc. On the plus side it was clean with nice white, fluffy towels - not enough for me to go back though.

Nice staff at the peckham branch, ROBERTA and DHIREN was very accommodative, friendly Not just them including the security guy at night and the night staff.

So the curtains was broke and when I removed shower head the chrome look shower head support was peeling off and gashed my finger! Blood everywhere I went to reception and just gave me a plaster, also people from council have been put in there and not desireable,I thought they would have been more caring tbh and came and had a look at what cut me, now have open cut and covid virus could infect it. Not happy
